Terms

Effective: June 30, 2026

Welcome to Peopl Systems Inc., a workforce technology company dedicated to helping growing organizations build strong people foundations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Peopl Systems Inc.
  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the business or individual using our services.
  • “Services” means the platform, reports, tools, and related materials provided by Peopl Systems Inc.

Services provided

Peopl Systems Inc. provides access to the Peopl platform, an AI-powered HR system that supports the employee lifecycle from first day to last, to eligible clients. Access is provided based on the plan and modules you select, under the applicable order or subscription agreement. Where a client has signed a separate subscription or customer agreement, that agreement prevails over these terms.

Use of services

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver the Services. You must not misuse the Services, platform, or any related tools, or use them for unlawful activities.

Fees and payment

All fees are outlined in your order or subscription agreement. Payment terms are typically 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Intellectual property

The Peopl platform, and all software, content, reports, and materials provided by Peopl Systems Inc., remain the property of Peopl Systems Inc. unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform and materials for internal business purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared in connection with the Services, including organizational data, workforce information, and platform data. This obligation continues even after the Services end.

Liability

Peopl Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate by providing 14 days of written notice, subject to your subscription agreement. Clients remain responsible for fees for Services provided up to the date of termination.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
